Mvua wants you to have a great shopping experience!  Please feel free to contact us with any questions.  

Your billing and mailing address must be a complete match. Fraudulent transactions will be cancelled. 

Please make sure your address is correct and updated before your package is shipped. Once shipped you'll be responsible to contact the shipping company to make changes to your order.

Domestic:

We ship Monday – Saturday, via United States Postal Service (USPS). You'll receive an email with your tracking confirmation number once your order has been shipped. We do not ship on Federal Holidays. Most orders will ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days, when experiencing high volume your order will be shipped in the order it was received.  Once the order is shipped, your order will arrive to your destination in the time frame specified by the shipping method selected. 

International Orders/Shipping:

We ship international orders from Monday - Friday. Please allow 5 business days for processing/shipping. May be shipped before the 5 business. Orders not processed on Federal Holidays.
